Honest review .

Its a good clinic . However their time management need to be improved .

But the doctor was very nice and helpful . She examines me carefully and give me honest expectation .

Went for ultrasound scan and the sonographer is highly attentive and gentle! She described and measured the depths of your images clearly with further explanation provided. Also went for doctor consultation and Dr Raihan (I hope I get the name right, I apologize if I made mistake) is very elaborative, tells helpful stories of similar patients and gives you a bigger picture of what shall happen if symptoms persist as well as the next steps needed. The lounge was full with patients at that time as I arrived after work hours but the clinic is super cosy and the waiting time is tolerable. Overall price is reasonable. Just would like to comment that one of the staff at the middle counter (in between registration and dispensary) was quite snappy and moody, I find it to be not that appropriate given that it’s patient-facing. Not meant as criticism, just hopefully next time can be improved. So to conclude, I enjoyed my visit to this clinic today as I learned many things from the scan.

I went for an ultrasound scan with Dr. Farah Diyana, and everything was great. The service was excellent, and the clinic is really beautiful! No long waiting times, and the price is reasonable. Dr. Farah explained everything in detail and also gave me the chance to ask questions.

Mind you, before coming here, I had my scan at another clinic, and the doctor there barely said anything and just got it over with. That’s why I decided to repeat the scan at this clinic. Highly recommended!

We had a very good experience with Dr. Farah Diyana and Dr. Izma. Both doctors were very child-friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, which made us feel reassured and comfortable.
The clinic environment is clean, comfortable, and smells pleasant. There are plenty of comfortable seats available while waiting. The clinic assistants are also friendly and very helpful.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely bring my kids to this clinic again in the future.

Went there for detail scan and gender reveal! Really nervous to know the result. And yes! Alhamdulilah, throughout the check. All went well. Dr well explain, (yet, she pretty too) haha. The explanations are detail. Well recommended to go. The place is nice, Really comfort n calm too.
